Features
This machine adopts modular design for easy transportation and installation.
is usually installed with an 800mm width platform, which is equipped with a walkway and conforms to CE/UL certification for easy observation and safe entry.
is equipped with a metal detection system, and the feeding roller is equipped with a metal detection system, which automatically reverses to prevent metal particles and other debris from entering the machine and damaging the card cloth. The main cylinder is equipped with an emergency braking system.
All carding machine cylinders and work rolls are manufactured in a strictly managed manner within the company, and dynamic balance correction is performed before installation.
All driving devices are synchronized with variable speed, which can realize the automatic control of the machine before and after the carding system.
Fully enclosed cover to prevent cotton entanglement.
All cover plates are laser cut to make them fit perfectly, and all cover plates are lifted/lowered by air sorting and electric push rods.
The whole machine comes standard with electronic lock and safety protection, which meets UL/CE requirements.
